With all the negative news and other life stressors, many people are feeling anxious these days. Did you know that reduced anxiety is one of the most common responses to Reiki self-practice? People usually feel calmer and less anxious after their very first self practice.

 

Just one act of self-care as in a Reiki self-healing session, can quickly help you to feel better on many levels. Feeling better is a powerful sign that your biochemistry is improving and your body, mind, and heart are in a state of self healing.

 

Our session together includes heartfelt discussions, traditional Japanese Reiki practices, Reiki/energy self-healing session, and other practices for cultivating spiritual self-care. Humans are always at their best when we care, share, and support one another, and this online Support/Circle is here to assist and nurture you on your spiritual path.

So whether you are a complete newbie to Reiki, a current practitioner, teacher, or just curious, our monthly online, live, interactive Reiki Support/Circle meetings held via video conference may be of help to you.

• Receive a distant 'Open' attunement.

• Interactive Discussion on Reiki experiences, questions, or whatever else is on your mind.

• Learn to recite the Reiki Kyogi (aka the Gokai or Reiki Principles) in Japanese and English.

• Practice HatsuReiHo.

• Practice a Self-Healing.
